Huelva, near the Portugal border

Slow saying goodbye to Marga and the comforts offered, but the weather is finally dry, albeit with a strong headwind for the day's route west. It's amazing that Marga was inspired by her son's use and hosting of Couchsurfing and decided to continue on the tradition, even when he had left home. It's not the first time I have stayed with parents of avid CouchSurfers, although they have no definite plans of using it as guests. Their motivation? Maybe to give back to others and gather inspiration for future travels. Marga tells stories about her other more memorable CS guests, just as if they were adventures of her actual children. I just know that Mauro and I are incredibly grateful for her hospitality, especially as it was festival time in Sevilla.
Finally biking in dry, sunny weather makes a whole difference to my mood while biking and the 110km to Heulva is a long day, but flies by. It is only towards 20:00 that I find a forest and set up camp.
