There is a lovely day crossing into Portugal and one gets the feeling of really changing countries when one uses a boat to cross the meagre 500m separating Spain from Portugal.
What wonders does Portugal have in store? Are the Portuguese drivers really that inconsiderate of cyclists? Will Portugal be easier to navigate as a vegetarian? How easy will it be to find hosts along the coast of Portugal?
